Ms. Baker just jumped on the bandwagon of Keto/Paleo and gluten free diets and decided to write a cookbook that would sell to those looking for a way to make bread for these restricted diets. However, Semolina is not Keto, cottage bread has Oat bran and wheat bran... how is that keto, paleo or gluten free? Herby flatbread has 1 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR! Oatmeal tortilla? And uses coconut sugar which has 4 grams of carb per teaspoon. Just because you feel like naming something Keto/Paleo... doesn't make it that. This is a rip off.

I've been following a Keto lifestyle for almost 3 years, and I've discovered and created some pretty good dishes in that time. Bread has been more of a challenge due to allergies in our household so I'm always on the lookout for new ideas there.You should be aware that some of these recipes contain ingredients (rye flour, oats, etc.) not typically allowed on Keto. Gluten and grains are off limits if you follow Keto.I would not recommend this book. There are better Keto bread books out there.

This is not a keto cookbook! The ingredients are not keto and are strange! Don't waste your money.

A good part of my friends claim to abandon bread even its keto versions. I am not the one that is why this Keto bread recipe book will be very handy.

I generally try to limit the books I buy on Amazon and this is one reason why. This is one of those cheesy poor quality "publications" that Amazon seems to be riddled with lately. The book is full of typos and mistakes in the instructions. On top of that many of the recipes are way to high in carbs to be considered a keto recipe. Date muffins full of honey that have 38g carbs per serving? The book is almost a joke. There are great recipes free online. Wish I had stuck with those.

I have done the sesame buns, they are not very golden but I am sure they got baked thoroughly.

I have always loved rye bread but when I started Keto diet I had to refuse from it, the bread that is close to my favorite rye bread is flaxseed bread.

If you live a Ketogenic Lifestyle and cannot live without bread, then do purchase. I must state I read other review's and I am not on the Ketogenic Diet to lose any weight nor is my immediate Family. The diet is for the overall health benefits of my Family. The recipes are easy to follow and I love having the nostalgia of an actual hand held cookbook. Thank you.

Hands down the best book out there for those who want to know more about the sad state our geriatric patients are in. I have read it twice and recommended to many. Soon enough we will all be in this situation with ourselves or a loved one. It's time we all step up to make a difference!

I enjoyed the book. It gave a lot of info and insight into what a hygienist's role is and could be in a nursing home. I better understand why it's important, especially the elderly, to have routine and necessary cleanings and good overall oral care.

This is one of the best weaving books I have ever seen.Navajo weaving is discussed in a way that is both informative and thoughtful.I have my new loom set up and am excited to work using this wonderful book as my teacher.

Noel Bennett and Tiana Bighorse have again teamed up to give us a very well written and easy-reading book that teaches the use of the Navajo loom in a way that everyone can use and be successful making a little rug. Well done and, again, my thanks for a wonderful work.

Was able to warp and start weaving based purely on this book. Very clear and concise direction. The story behind the journey of Ms Bennett is enjoyable to follow.

Great book, packed with knowledge of Navajo weaving. If you are interested in the subject, you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for a how-to book on anything other than tapestry, look elsewhere. This is not a book on backstrap looms. I was looking for info on how to set up continuous-string heddles for a backstrap loom. While this book does give some info on heddles, it is primarily focused on weaving tapestries and rugs on a frame loom. It did have more info on string heddles than many of the other books I purchased, but nothing I didn't already get from watching videos on the internet.I gave this book 5 stars because I am enjoying this book way more than any of the others I bought. I love reading the lore involved in crafting, and this book includes much of that. It may not have been the book I was looking for, but I very much like the book I found it to be. Will it help someone build a loom and learn to weave? Yes. Will it entertain along the way? Certainly. If you have interest in weaving you may want this book in your collection. I'm glad it's in mine.

I bought this for myself for Christmas so haven't read it yet but it came highly recommended and looks informative.

Beautifully written and illustrated. I was able to fashion a loom and begin weaving with the help of this text and various youtube videos. The drawings and very clear. Full of personal stories and traditional Navajo weaving lore. Folk knowledge is often divorced from its spiritual context in translation; I admire Bennett's attempt to keep the cultural implications tied to the physical practice.
